Paul Rogers was nominated for his dedication to share best practice and introduce industry experts with the GCAP model. Paul’s professionalism and experience has allowed for great impact in reviewing existing training programmes and creating new courses which meets the needs of industry and enhances the careers opportunities for new entrants.

Martyn was nominated for his collaboration and expertise in heat pumps and helping Exeter College to design and deliver curriculum for Skills Bootcamp success.
